Just for some additional information, there is a wonderful article in the Wyoming Forum that talks about PFC Arellano in quite detail (just in case some didn't know his story.)

For the folks traveling from the South of Cheyenne; I think the best rally point for all would be Exit 9 to West Lincolnway, go left at the stop sign, Next set of lights turn left into Exxon gas station, aka the Crossroads Cafe and truck stop. This will enable everyone to fuel up, if need be, utilize facilities, and possibly get some refreshment(s). It is only a short journey from there to the church. I still have to get with the Cheyenne PD to see about blocking off parking for us and possibly an escort to take us to the church.

I will be bringing another 50+ flags, as many as I can fit in my little car - if there is anyone caging it from the Greeley area that has a bigger vehicle let me know I will get them to you so I can carpool with Michelle and also bring a couple tanks of water. If not, we will bring 2 cars.

Neal/Matt, are the local Cheyenne folks also planning on meeting at the Exxon on Lincolnway and riding over together as one group to the church? Sorry if it's been said before, but I must have missed the answer. It was mentioned for everyone else but us "locals" on where to meet. Sorry.

Yes, I think Matt is working on getting Cheyenne PD to escort the entire group over, but as of yet I have not recieved a confirmation from him. I will keep trying and will also post a tenative time to meet there at 0800 to 0900, leaving enough time to sign waivers.

Actually, I will get there at 0700, as is Matt and RedNeckCowboy . . . come early if you like. Our Cheyenne riders will probably go to the church early. Matt is still ironing out a few details but it sounds like the Cheyenne Police Chief is reserving parking for the riders.

I am planning to go straight to the church, Michelle following behind with water, I have the flags. We are already waived Neal, do you see any other reason that Michelle and I should meet at the pre-church staging? If so call me on my cell. This route will save us both about 80mi RT.
We have 24 bottles of water, plus cups and a water cooler with 15 gals of deep rock. If anyone has an adaptor to plug in a 120V into a cig lighter or installed in your SUV we could sure use it to keep the water cooler cold tomorrow - otherwise we will do with what we got.
