My husband and I are close friends of the family...We live in Falls City, NE which is just 16 miles north of Hiawatha. If anyone needs it we have a shower and a place to crash if necessary. I will leave my number at the bottom if anyone needs directions or ideas for hotels or restaurants.

Our prayers go out to the family. Rest easy knowing he is in God's arms.

SPC Cole...you have taken care of this country. Now it's time to let us take care of you and yours.

We are close family friends also.  We live in Hiawatha on a little acreage (hwy access) if you would prefer to set up a campsite rather than a hotel.  Our doors are open for showers & anything else you may need.  I believe there are about 5 hotels in Hiawatha & many great places to eat.  If you can't get in touch with the Madere's you are welcome to try us for any info or to make arrangements for a place to crash or showers.

Our hearts & prayers goes to the family of this BRAVE soldier whose smile would light up a room.  You will never be forgotten for what you did or who you are!!
