Deepest sympathy to the families of these two aviators. They no doubt saved the life of many a wounded trooper and will be sorely missed.

From a fellow Medic and Veteran, Sgt. Mennemeyer...................................rest in peace. Thank you for your Military and Public Service.
To the parents and family, may you have the strength to focus on the memories, and the gift of having Steven in your life, during these challenging times. When a parent looses a child, it takes away a part of your future. I know what you are feeling and if I may................heres a hug ( ).

My sincere condolences to the family, friends and community of Sgt. Steven Mennenmeyer. May God grant you comfort and peace in your time of sorrow. Though my heartfelt thank you for the service and sacrifice of a brave and courageous son, grandson and father can be of scant consolation - it is offered with honor and respect. Know that neither he nor his service to his country will be forgotten.
