WV National Guard 150th Army Aviation Battalion send off.

I've been asked by WV to take this Special Mission and agreed to do so.  The place is Wheeling-Ohio County Airport on Sunday July 9, 2006. 

I am going to check out places to stage.  The Unit Commander has stated that it would be an honor to have the PGR present.  Also, I've been told the Airport Manager may allow us on the tarmac for the send off.

Any word on staging a group of us will be leaving the waynesburg area in the morn heading in that direction. If no area is set up I guess we will find yall.

I have just returned home after the send off and all I got to say is WOW. These guys really appreciated us being there to send them off. It is one of the most emotional moments I can say that I have ever had. May God Bless these guys and we pray for thier safe return.
