The Tree of Life
A Personal Perspective

By David Bradley Bebout Sr.

The roots start a new life.
The trunk is our life as we grow.
The twist and turns show our indecisions.
The main limbs are the different paths we try.
The branches are the trails we take searching for something new.
The twigs are the memories and questions of things we have done.

We return to the main life and continue growing.
The older we get the shorter the paths and trails
Until we reach the end of our life.

The final twigs represent the memories and questions we leave behind
As all of the twigs throughout our life show that
We have been looking to heaven for the answers.

“Lest I keep my complacent way I must remember somewhere out there a person died for me today. As long as there must be war, I ask and I must answer was I worth dying for?”
[Eleanor Roosevelt]

Once again I am proud of this organization and the people who populat it. East Central Illinois, you done good. Rick told me me when he gets back to Florida, he will be telling the PGR there that Illinois is as good up here as it is there. Keep up the good work. I was a privelege and an honor to be asked to ride captain this mission. There was a great outpouring of respect shown by all in attendance. Rick and Carla it was a pleasure to meet you. My condolences

On behalf of the Bebout family i would like to thank and praise all the  patriot riders that came out to honer my brother in lawDavid Bebout on what we thought was going to be a gloomy and sad day. And it was sad that we lost a young man but when Patriot riders came out in support it became a glorious day. This group of fine men and women made me and our familey and friends so very proud. and it made me so proud to be a veteran. They showed the highest respect for our family and a fallen brother. My heart and love goes out to all of them for coming out to honer my brother. and thank's to you for the love and honer you showed him.
I would be  proud to ride with any of you all at anytime.
God bless all of you and keep you safe
