17 May 2008 4:21 AM Alert
Unfortunately, we have another, EXTREME short notice mission for tomorrow if any of you can make it.  This will be a very short mission for the father of one of our PGR members.  She is requesting a flag line only at the cemetery.  This mission will be at the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Louisa, KY.

Staging will be at 1300 hours (1:00 pm) at the intersection of I-64 and Hwy 23, on the south side of 23 at the parking area.  The funeral service will begin at 1400 hours (2:00 pm) and we will have a flag line posted at the cemetery for their arrival.  Our part will only last approximately 20 minutes.

If there is inclimate weather, don't hesitate to cage it.  Motorcycles will not be necessary as there is no escort.  Kelly and I will be in our car if the weather is bad.  Currently, there is a 60% chance of thunderstorms for tomorrow.  If at all possible, please try to make this.  It would mean so much to the family.  If you have any questions, please give me a call after 2000 hours (8:00 pm) tonight.  Thank you and ride safe.

============================================================

Visitation will be: Saturday May 17th, 2008 from 4-9pm

Funeral will be: Sunday May 18th, 2008 at 2:00 PM.

He will be burried in Yatesville Cemetery here in Louisa, KY,  where there will be Military Rights at the gravesite.

Ronnie E. Holt

Rank: Spec5 E5

Service: US Army

Where: Germany

When: 1966-1969

If we could get you all to do a flag line at the cemetery that would be wonderful.
Another thing,  is there anything I would need to do on this end to get things ready for you all or anything?

Thank you!

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of E5 Ronnie E. Holt, Army Veteran. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Ronnie.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.
