| My regrets and sympathy to the family and friends of Master-Cpl Kirk Noel of 413 Transport and Rescue Squadron. When we consider the qualities of such men as Master-Cpl Noel, who risk all even in training exercises in order to be prepared to save others, eternal honor is their due. I pray that the God of Our Fathers will always watch over his loved ones, protect them, and give them solace. |
