The PGR has been requested to attend the Welcome Home and Escort of Airman First Class Joshua Jorgensen returning from a tour in Iraq.  He will be arriving at Oakland Airport on Tuesday, Oct 7 at 3:31 pm (1531).  

We will stage at Bob Drones Harley Davidson Dealership, 151 Hegenberger Rd, Oakland, at 2:30 pm (1430).

We will KSU at 2:45 pm (1445) and proceed to Oakland Airport.  After the Welcome Home Flag Line, we will Escort the young Airman & his family to their home in Brentwood, Ca.

MISSION COMPLETE.
Turned out to be a great day,sunny,cool.We staged with 17 bikes.The Family stopped by,and headed over to the
airport.We rolled over shortly after,and parked in our spot.Thanks Alameda Sherrifs Dept.The family went up to the gate
And we formed the Flag Line,Josh came first and was speechless.We met the family at the Staging area on the side of the road and headed out.Sloopdawg & Mark were the Tailgunners,Rich & I were lead Flag bikes.The Family were right behind us with 15 bikes behind them.We headed out on the 55 mile trek,some of Josh's Family were on a overpass
with a huge sign and flags waving at us as we rode by.We made it into Brentwood and 2 Firetrucks,Lafayette Flag Brigade.The Delta Blue Star Moms,Brentwood Mayor,American Legion were all present.What a Welcome home.Josh
presented us with his Unit Coin,Rick from the Brentwood press was on hand.Thanks to all the Riders,its a HONOR
to be a PGR RIDE CAPTAIN.I love Riding with all of you!!!!!!!!Legion auxuillary MaMa J was there taking photos.
