Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ. 2. The American G.I. One died for your soul, the other for your Freedom. |

THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU!! We had a record turnout this morning. OVER 17 PGR showed up in the wee hours of the morning to see members of the Greatest Generation off on their trip to see THEIR memorial in D.C. I had the privilege to speak to a gentleman, and regretfully, I cannot remember his name but I'll never forget his face, that was a waistgunner on a B-17 bomber in Italy during WWII. The stories he told me made MY DAY!! I hope everyone who was there this morning can make it back tonight at 8:15 stage time for the arrival at 8:40 of these Hero's.
Thanks again to everyone! YOU are what makes the PGR what it is today! I'm proud to be associated with each and every one of ya!!

(Sorry this is late, puter problems!) Once again, my Brothers and Sisters of the PGR have made me proud to be associated with them! We lined the walkway with flags Saturday night for the WWII Heros to walk through. There were smiles, laughs, and many tears. You just can't understand how much this means to them unless your there and looking into their eyes. THEY were trying to thank us for being there, but, we explained, it was WE who were honored to be there FOR THEM. Thank-you to everyone who came out and made this a huge success. I look forward to seeing everyone there at the next one in Oct. |
