Deployment Ceremony Request 39th MP Company, Shreveport LA

I have received initial request from Commander of the 773rd MP Bn, to
support the Deployment Ceremony for one of their units.

PGR, Veteran Riders, and rider support requested:

UNIT : 39th MP Company, 733rd MP Bn

Place: Shreveport Louisiana, 705 Elvis Presley BLVD.

Date/Time:  1000am on the 5th of October, ( SUNDAY)

Riders are requested and flag bikes will be to the fore. All PGR
riders are encouraged to attend, and assist in escort from the
Shreveport Municipal Auditorium to Airport. All riders will be
welcome to aid and honor our soldiers as they depart to fulfil their
missions overseas.

All Louisiana and East Texas PGR are welcome and encouraged to attend.

*********UPDATE********The 39th MP Co, LA NG, will deploy from Shreveport on Sunday the 5th of October. PGR and veterans have been requested to perform escort for this deploying unit. Time of ceremony is 1000am through 4pm, scheduled at this time. Unit will leave the ceremony to go directly to the airport for departure overseas. Location: Deployment ceremony will be conducted at 705 Elvis Presley Avenue, Shreveport LA. THIS IS Rally point for all riders. Local Shreveport,Bossier area riders should meet RC for mission to stage for Flag line at 930. This is a long ceremony so riders may want to space their timing after the initial welcoming. Escort has been requested if possible by riders from Camp Minden LA, from the Armoury at 2618 York Street Camp Minden. RC is needed for this escort . This is an approximately 1 hour ride. POC to get on Camp Minden is SFC Roberts at 318 382 4171. I will leave the DOTD building on 171 N, Leesville LA on Sunday morning. Riders from the Fort Polk/Leesville area can meet there . At present I plan on riding up at this time for escort. If flags are not available in the Shreveport area I will bring truck with flags. Departure time from DOTD will be at 700am, with stop in Natchitoches to pick up folks who may want to meet up with southern group. We should be there around 800 am. Request PGR RC Richard to assist in area. Anyone who has suggestions or comment please contact me at 337 404 8202. Mike/Eagle
