The South Dakota Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to honor members of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association at the Pearl Harbor Survivors Reunion 2008, Saturday, May 17th, at the Best Western Ramkota Inn, Pierre, SD. The HOTH State Coordinator Cleta Lentch chiefie@triotel.net will be running this event with assistance from ASC Jim Lentch, chiefie@triotel.net.
Staging will be at the Best Western Ramkota Inn, 920 West Sioux Ave, Pierre, SD at 1300hrs in front of the building main entrance, parking lot. The flag line will be inside so motorcycles will not be required and Car pooling could help with fuel cost, plus who knows if South Dakota will still be getting snow.
Everyone is asked to bring water and whatever you need for this mission, the meeting starts at 1400hrs indoors and will be very short.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ. 2. The American G.I. One died for your soul, the other for your Freedom. |

'No Greater Love is this that a man is willing to lay down his life for another.' Only two men were willing to sacrifice their lives for us-Jesus Christ and the American Soldier. Neither of which can ever fully be repaid.
Thank you for your Service and my Freedoms. Your sacrifices will never go unnoticed. I am grateful to live in a country made up of volunteers like you. Your choice to protect our Nation and put your self on the line can never be repaid.

I've been to Pearl and walked in the footsteps of our soldiers and sailors, stood on the deck of the Mo and on the memorial to those lost on the USS Arizona.
Words won't even come close to conveying the thoughts and emotions of being there in that place of honor. So I'll just humbly say, Thank You.
Enjoy your reunion and know that we are FOREVER grateful for your service that day and ever after.
