This is a Confirmed ANC Mission! Lt. Howard Cartwright, USN (Ret) is to be laid to his final rest on the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) at approximately 1500 hours on 02 February, 2009. PGR will be there, standing tall, silent and proud! PGR is has also been invited to Honor this American Hero at services in Virginia Beach, VA on 21 November (see above link for that mission). ANC mission planning will be posted here as the time of the funeral gets near.
