The family of Ronald Randall, US Army Veteran has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to show
Honor, Respect, and Gratitude for his Service to this Nation.  He served in the U.S. Army
Artillery from June 17, 1960, to June 15, 1963.
 
The Visitation and Funeral Services will be held at Hinchcliff-Pearson-West Funeral Home
1070 W. Fremont St, Galesburg, IL.
 
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Monday 07 JULY
 
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, 08 JULY

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Ronald Randall in this very sad time in your lives. My prayers are that our GOD may bring peace and comfort to all of you during this tragic time. Please know that not just me , but a country full of people like me owe you a debt that can never be repaid. We know that your loved one is now serving in the Army of our LORD in heaven, and the LORD said if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and recieve you unto myself that where I am there you may be also. I thank you for the sacrifice you and your family have endured so our nation can remain the home of the free because of the brave. We are all brothers and sisters in arms and we don't forget one of our own, rest in peace my comrade, your mission is complete and now it's time for you to rest. GALESBURG -�Mr. Ronald Albert Randall, 65, 947 Frank St., died at 12:35 p.m. Monday (June 30, 2008) at 2030 E. Main St., Galesburg.
He was born April 27, 1943, in Avon, Greenbush Township, Warren County, the son of Walter and Margaret Moore Randall.�He married Mary L. Mozingo in Galesburg on Dec. 31, 1973.
He is survived by one daughter, Cari A. (Aaron) Smith of Altona; two brothers, Larry Randall of Nicaragua and John Randall of Keithsburg; three sisters, Delores Connour, Patricia Randall and Joyce Herslow and one sister-in-law, Ella Randall, all of Galesburg; and four grandchildren, Patrick Randall, Andrew Darmer, Morgan Darmer and Gabriel Smith.�He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Richard and William Randall.
He served in the U.S. Army artillery from June 17, 1960, to June 15, 1963.
He worked for Rowe Manufacturing for 10 years. He later worked as a material handler for Maytag Corporation for 30 years and 11 months, retiring in 2004.�He was a member of I.A.M.A. 2063. He was M.V. P for the Paintball Association.�He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.�The Rev. Tom Smith will officiate. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the chapel.�Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery, with military rites by Ralph M. Noble American Legion Post 285.�
Memorials may be made to the family to establish an education fund for his grandchildren.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of US Army Veteran Ronald Randall.

'No Greater Love is this that a man is willing to lay down his life for another.' Only two men were willing to sacrifice their lives for us-Jesus Christ and the American Soldier. Neither of which can ever fully be repaid.

Thank you for your Service and my Freedoms. Your sacrifices will never go unnoticed. I am grateful to live in a country made up of volunteers like you. Your choice to protect our Nation and put your self on the line can never be repaid.

A Prayer for Our Soldiers' Families

Heavenly Father, we pray for the safe return home of our soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan. We ask that you give our military commanders and political leaders wisdom and courage to fulfill their daunting responsibility. Lord, we implore you to please remember the families of these brave men and women. Bless the wives, parents, children and siblings of our fighting forces and give them solace and comfort. If it be your will, bring their loved ones home swiftly, sound in mind and body.
