Short Notice: Welcome Home, IANG, Boone IA, 13 May, 08

The Iowa Army National Guard has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to Escort & Welcome Home these soldiers. The community homecoming ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13 at the Iowa National Guard Readiness Center, Cpl. Roger Snedden Drive, Boone, Iowa.

The Soldiers departed Iowa in February 2007, deploying to the Afghanistan theater of operations. Soldiers were mobilized from subunits of the following units (unit location in parentheses).

-34th Infantry Division (Boone)

-Joint Forces Headquarters (Camp Dodge)

-1st Battalion (Fort Dodge, Estherville, Algona, and Storm Lake)

Rally Point: I35 North-Bound rest area approximately 1 mile North of exit #92 in Ankney, Iowa
