Missions Complete; I want to thank General Newman and Captain “Steele” McGonagal and the entire 2/183 Cavalry Regiment for allowing us to participate in a well derserved Welcome Home Mission for these troops. We not only helped celebrate and Welcome these troops once but twice toady as 2/3 of the troops made it in on the first two planes but to stand down and regroup and do it again for the 1/3 that made it in on the third plane was outstanding. The enthusiasm was with us until we broke and went home. It was an honor to speak with General Newman today about the troops here in Virginia and throughout the United States. The General not only showed his leadership today but is proud of his troops and showed it today. Welcome Home 2/183 Cavalry Regiment you guys deserve it. BZ.
