I am PGRNY RC Joe Shiah I'll be leading a group from New York Region 1 to Rochester for SPC Jacobs. Staging will be at Panera Breads at the corner of Delaware Ave. and Sheridan Dr. in Kenmore. Tanks full, kickstands up 0645 hours 04 July ,2008

Confirmed Mission:
 
SPC Kenneth Jacobs, US Army, Walworth, NY
 
We will stand flag line for the calling hours and escort from the church to cemetery.
 
Calling Hours:
 
Wednesday, July 2nd: 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursday, July 3rd: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Murphy Funeral Home, 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519
 
Staging for all calling hours will be at the Tops Market, corner of Route 104 and Furnace Road in the Town of Ontario.
Wednesday staging: 1:15pm and 6:15pm. For those of you who are going to stand flag line at both times on Wednesday, be advised, we are invited to the Ontario American Legion from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
Thursday staging: 5:15pm
 
Services will be held on Friday, July 4th at the Living Word Assembly of God Church 2344 Ridge Road, Ontario NY 14519. The service is at 10:00am, lasting about 1 hour. We will then escort the family and SPC Jacobs to the Town of Marion cemetery where burial will take place with full military honors.
 
Staging for Friday will be at the Tops Market, corner of Route 104 and Furnace Road at 8:45am with stands up at 9:00am SHARP.

Being a Native of Wolcott, New York...it saddens me to hear about the untimely passing of one of our Military Heroes.
To the family and friends of SPC Kenneth Jacobs, I offer my deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers for the loss of a loved one.
Just know that on that dark day, the good Lord reached down and picked another American Hero to watch over his flock.
SPC Kenneth Jacobs...stand down for your tour of duty has ended, we have the watch now!
You may be gone, but will never be forgotten.
Another True American Hero is guarding the gates of the lord.
