PART 1 -
UPDATE
|
|
|
|
There has been a date change for SSG Hunsberger's
arrival at the Adcock Funeral Home. He now will arrive
at 1000 hrs on Friday, July 11th.
We do not as yet have a Ride Captain available to serve
this part of the mission. As it is a very short and
simple part of the process, I feel we can accomplish it without a
RC.
IF you are available, just be at Adcock Funeral Home
between 0930 - 1000 hrs to stand at attention and in honor of SSG
Hunsberger as he is honorably transferred. Flags are
optional... honor and respect is all that is required.
Once Travis is inside, you may quietly leave.
The map to Adcock Funeral Home is contained if the previous
posting.
Please let me know ASAP if any of you can
attend. We don't want a hero coming home without a proper
welcome.
Thank you,

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of SSG Travis K. Hunsberger. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. Know
your son was and is a Hero to us all. Our thoughts and prayers are with
you always. He will never be forgotten.
Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Travis.
Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.
Morning
Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.
