Greetings my friends, we have now confirmed this mission to include the burial in Dothan, we will have more information forth coming.

The family of WWII Hero Eddie Livingston has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to help in escorting his ashes to his final resting place in Dothan Alabama

The Run For The Wall central route has given a handful of PGR members’ permission to carry him along, with their organized ride. www.rftw.org

During WWII Eddie Livingston was with the 82nd Airborne. The Pathfinders were on a secret mission that landed before D-Day. There will be a movie out this year telling the story about these heroes.

This PGR mission will cover many states. If you would like to be a part of the mission or would like to help carry Eddie’s ashes and are riding with the Run For The Wall, you would need to attend the morning riders meeting. We will be leaving May 14th and arrive in Washington DC. May 23rd. The mission will leave DC on May 25th between 11:00am and 1:00pm for Dothan Alabama. The web-site will be up dated  as we get  closer  to  Washington DC.

California Ride Captain: Dan Jordan President American Legion Riders Post 119 and Northern California Area One Vice-President – djinthepines@comcast.net

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Eddie Livingston, WWII Veteran. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Eddie.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.
